Selamat Tinggal Hello Kitty....

Maklumlah benda tu dah lama menjadi pojaan hati tapi tak pernahnya aku hiraukan permintaan diorang.

Sesungguhnya aku masih lagi kecewa...kalau korang, macam mana???

Aku MC due to Blocked Milk Dutc

Aku sekarang tengah MC dua hari sebab...tetiba aku rasa sejuk ya amat sangat masa kat opis, pastu on the way balik rumah aku kena sakit kepala yang ala-ala migrain tu sampai kena makan pain killer baru sakit tu hilang.

Baru aku teringat sebelum aku kena serangan sejuk tu aku baru lepas pam susu tapi breast aku still rasa tak kosong walau pun aku pam dah hazab lama giler.

Jom baca sama-sama....

Blocked Milk Duct Treatment and Prevention

Nurse Frequently

Nurse frequently and long enough to make sure baby is removing enough milk.

Remove the milk by breastfeeding your baby on the affected side. If your baby has not emptied your breast, use a breast pump or hand express your milk.

Use Optimal Positioning Techniques

Make sure the baby is latched on well and try different breastfeeding positions.

Drain the breast better by nursing with baby's chin pointing towards the affected area.

Apply Heat and Massage

Rub and massage the area while in a warm shower or bath.

Apply moist hot packs to your breasts before feeding. The heat enables the milk ducts to open better and allows for better milk drainage.

You can make your own reusable heat pack.

Use massage and heat packs on the affected side while you breastfeed. After applying heat and your breast is still warm, massage from your armpit down to your nipple.

Get enough rest (I know that one is easier said than done!).

Avoid putting pressure on one area of the breast for an length of time and wear a comfortable and well fitted nursing bra.

Use Cooling Techniques for Pain Relief

You may apply cool pads or Cool Relief Packs for pain relief

Creams and Ointments

It is best to wash breasts with warm water and to stay away from most soaps and creams which may irritate you or the baby and could even cause an allergic reaction.

The only recommended ointment is a highly purified lanolin for breastfeeding mothers that has the allergens removed.

Remove Milk Plugs

It is safe to squeeze out the milk plugs as long as it is done gently and hygienically. It is sometimes possible to massage the affected breast until a white head at the end appears at the end of a duct on your nipple. Apply moist heat and carefully pop the blister with a sterile needle. By gently squeezing you will unplug the nipple openning. Use an antibiotic ointment for a few days to prevent infection.

Don't overdo it in the gym with vigorous upper arm exercise if you are prone to plugged milk ducts.

Often women who are more prone to getting plugged or blocked milk ducts notice an improvement after 5 or 6 months of breastfeeding.

Signs for Concern

When a plugged duct persists and is accompanied by additional symptoms, it may be a sign of an infection that requires medical treatment.

Always consult with your doctor if you experience the following:

Fever for 24 hours
Sudden onset of chills
General feeling of being unwell
Nausea

Kesemua simptom kat atas aku dah kena kecuali demam 24 jam tu, aku demam tapi takde la lama sampai 24 jam.

Aku takut kalau-kalau dah takleh terus menyusukan Muhammad selepas ni. Kesian kat Muhammad yang baru je 9 bulan, dah tu pulak si abang encem ni kan lactose intolerence so mesti susah dia nak sesuaikan diri dengan susu formula.

Apa-apa pun aku kena redha dengan ketentuan Allah, maybe ada hikmah disebalik semua kejadian ni.

Ya Allah, Kau permudahkanlah urusan kami ini...amin.

Naik ETS...yeay...

Speed paling laju yang terpapar  kat tepi skrin TV tu adalah 146km/jam, boleh tahan you untuk sebuah train..kalau kereta tu kira ala-ala KL drift la ni. Jalan/treknya pun boleh dikatakan 90-80% adalah lurus tapi jangan pakai kata-kata aku ni sebagai fakta pulak sebab aku naik train tu waktu malam. Adalah tak nampak hape pun kat luar so aku agak-agak je berdasarkan perjalanan aku malam tu.

Hehehehe

Tragedi Simbah Asid di Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Bandaraya, Bangsar - Sambungan

Another related news article on the "Acidman" incident.

KUALA LUMPUR: The alert level against the lone motorcyclist who attacked at least 13 people with an unknown liquid was raised after it was learnt that he could have used acid on his latest victim.

The victim, SMK Bukit Bandaraya teacher Norhayati Sarafudin, suffered serious burns to her face and was still warded at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital after the attack on Thursday.

Her condition was listed as stable, but her injuries showed that she may have been attacked with a substance that was more potent the one used against the assailant's other victims.

In the previous attacks, the victims received outpatient treatment after suffering burning sensations on their skin, but Norhayati's injuries were more serious.

The victim's husband , who declined to be identified, said even Norhayati's clothes and headscarf were burnt by the liquid.

"The interior of her car was also damaged, including the electronic system of the power steering," said her husband, who did not allow his wife to be photographed or interviewed. He said the attack occurred about 4pm when she was driving out of the school compound.

"A motorcyclist drew abreast of her and threw the liquid at her through an open window. When my wife stopped the car, several people came rushing to her thinking her car was on fire as there was a lot of smoke.

"Only after she started screaming that she had been splashed with a liquid did they realise what had happened."

One of her student's parents drove Norhayati to her house nearby where she took a shower and changed her clothes before sending her to a medical centre in Bangsar.

"Since her injuries were serious, she was referred to the KLH where she is still warded. Doctors said her eyes were spared as she was wearing spectacles," her husband said.

He also showed the damage to Norhayati's car, which was still parked at the school compound. There was also an acidic smell when he opened the car door.

Brickfields district police chief Assistant Commissioner Wan Abdul Bari Wan Abdul Khalid said the liquid had yet to be identified by the Chemistry Department. Police had announced that the assailant was believed to be dark-skinned and in his 30s. He usually rode a Yamaha motorcycle.

Those with information can contact the Brickfields district police headquarters at 03-22742222 or the nearest police station.

Tragedi Simbah Asid di Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Bandaraya, Bangsar

KUALA LUMPUR: Eight schoolchildren were left screaming in pain after being splashed with a liquid by a motorcyclist yesterday here in Bukit Bandaraya.

The eight were pupils of Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Bandaraya in Bangsar.

They were waiting for their transport outside school when the attack took place.

The children, all in Year Five and Six, suffered burn sensations on their faces, arms and bodies.

They were taken to the University Malaya Medical Centre where they received outpatient treatment.

According to teacher R. Ragu, the incident occurred at 4.45pm when the eight, four boys and four girls, were waiting outside the school for their van.

"A motorcyclist clad in black and wearing a full-faced helmet rode past the schoolchildren and suddenly splashed some liquid on them," he said at the hospital.

"I only realised what had happened when I heard several of them screaming and crying in the toilet."

The van driver, Faridah Md Rahim, who rushed the children to hospital said the eight were frantically washing their hands and faces when she went into the school to look for them.

"When I heard what had happened, I quickly sent them to the hospital."

Also at the hospital was parent Normah Shamsudin, 43, who said she rushed from her office at the Kuala Lumpur City Centre when she received a call from her daughter, Nurfarah Najihah, saying she was on the way to the hospital.

"I was worried when my daughter told me about the incident and that she had suffered burns."

Of the eight, the worst casualty was 11-year-old Wan Mohd Arif Wan Din, who suffered a swollen eye when the liquid was splashed on his face.

His father, Wan Din Wan Sulaiman, 42, said he was notified by a teacher that his son had been involved in an accident and was in the hospital. He only learnt what had happened later on.

Event coordinator Sanie Abdul Rahman, 36, said her son, Aiman Bahzi, 11, suffered minor burns and expressed hope that the Education Ministry would intervene to ensure their children's safety.

It is understood that this was the second time such an incident had occurred at the school.

It is believed that the same suspect had struck at the same school and Sekolah Menengah Bukit Bandaraya on the same day two weeks ago.

It is learnt that the victims in those incidents were parents waiting for their children outside the schools.

Brickfields police chief Assistant Commissioner Wan Abdul Bari Wan Abdul Khalid confirmed yesterday's incident but declined to comment further.
