Last Monday, I've discarded 7 packs of frozen EBM (Expressed Breast Milk) contain 5oz each. This is my EBM stock for month of February 2009 so it's already expired now. By discarding those EBM, I got more room to keep my favorite ice-cream. My EBM stock nowadays is just a so-so production. What I've pumped today is for tommorow's feeding, once in a blue moon here's come the extra milk for me to stored.
It is not that I've surrender in the breastfeeding journey...nope, I'm still keep on going to breastfeed my lil one. Just the angin M is blowing my rajin away, but yet the spirit is still there. And my Farzana is still 100% on her mama's milk. I only expressed my milk once a day at work, fully direct feed at home. Mommies...please don't xerox (mesin fotostat la tu...) this yaa....

I got several packs of EBM from my March 2009 session, if calculated, the EBM is also reached the expiry date. I will discard those later due to unbearable sadness seing the EBM dumpped into the drain (aku buat siram pokok bunga actually).
I'm praying hard for me and for all mommies out there to survive the journey of breastfeeding with a flying colours. Amin...
